We have designed
this website to further assist you in maintaining your Health &
Welfare and Retirement Plan benefits. Within this website you will
find many helpful links to service providers, downloadable forms and
current news that may be pertinent to your benefits.
On the left-hand
side of this page under the heading “IBEW 76/ NECA Benefits
Program” you will find items that are beneficial to the
administration of your benefits. The plan documents for your Health
& Welfare Plan, Retirement Plan and HIPPA (Privacy) Notice are
contained here. You may also add or delete dependants, or change
your contact information using the “Personal Data Change Form”.
This information will be electronically sent to our office. We have
also added a section “Download Forms” for commonly used forms
that you may download for your use. Included are the New Enrollment
and Change Application, Disability Benefits and Subsidized Retiree
Health & Welfare forms. The last item in this area is a “Feedback
Form”. Please use this tool to communicate to us any concerns or
suggestions you may have about this website or the quality of
service provided to you.

The last item you
will find on the left-hand side is the scrolling “Important News”
banner. We will use this feature to communicate any pertinent
information relating to your benefits. If you position your cursor
over the text it will stop the
scrolling.
On the right hand
side of the website you will find important links to the websites
for service providers, local Union and NECA. These sites have a
wealth of information and can further assist you in maintaining your
benefits.
You can also find
many useful addresses and telephone numbers of the Plan
Administrator and the service providers on the orange bar near the
top of this page, under the heading “Contact Us”. In addition
you can find a helpful e-mail link for any correspondence you may
wish to initiate with the Plan Administrator.
